Market notes. Cordless chain saws sell where mains power is unreliable or the work is away from a socket, which is most of the Middle East and African markets. Oil, bar length and the number of batteries in the box are the questions buyers ask; the packaging choice — paper box or plastic case — moves the delivered cost more than the tool specification does.

Is bar and chain oil included?
The vendor sheet does not say. Treat it as not included unless we confirm otherwise in writing for your order, and plan to source oil locally — it travels badly and most importers buy it in-market.
Can I choose the bar length?
The model on this sheet is a 20 cm bar. The vendor lists the whole packaging and specification as changeable, so a different bar length is worth asking about — but it is a tooling question, so we will only confirm it after the factory answers, not before.
How should I present the run time to my customers?
The sheet gives a chain speed of 500 rpm and no run time, so we publish neither a run time nor a cutting-capacity claim. If you need a figure for your listing, ask us and we will get the factory to state it in writing so you have something to point at.
